Consistency Rule – Speedy Accounts

Quick answer: Your highest single profit day must be below a set share of your total profit for the payout period. Speedy: below 40%. Instant Funding: below 20%. Pro: doesn't apply. It's a payout condition, not a breach — your account stays active either way.

Speedy

Below 40%

Instant Funding

Below 20% — see Consistency Rule – Instant Funding

Flex

Pro

Rule does not apply

Exactly the threshold is not below it. 40.00% on Speedy and 20.00% on Instant Funding are both ineligible.

The formula

Highest realised profit day ÷ Total realised profit for the payout period × 100

Only realised profit counts. An open position at +$2,000 contributes nothing until it's closed.

Speedy example

Highest day: $1,500

Total period profit

Calculation

Result

$3,750

1,500 ÷ 3,750

40.00% — not eligible

$3,900

1,500 ÷ 3,900

38.46% — eligible

$1,500 ÷ 0.40 = $3,750 identifies the exact boundary. Because the rule requires less than 40%, your total must move past it.

If you later make $1,800 in a day, that becomes the new highest day. The boundary moves to $4,500 and your total must exceed that.

After an approved payout

The period closes and the old highest day stops counting. The new profit base is:

Current Balance − Balance After Payout

New formula: Highest realised day after the payout ÷ (Current Balance − Balance After Payout) × 100

Speedy example:

  • Balance After Payout: $101,000

  • Current Balance: $104,000

  • New period profit: $3,000

  • Highest day in the new period: $1,100

  • $1,100 ÷ $3,000 = 36.67% — below 40%, eligible

Use Balance After Payout from the Trader Area as your reference, not the original starting balance. The reset happens once a payout is approved — a pending or rejected request doesn't necessarily close a period.

The percentage can go up

Losing days don't help. A loss reduces your total realised profit while the highest day stays the same — so the percentage rises.

Highest day $1,000, period profit falls from $3,000 to $2,000: the figure moves from 33.3% to 50%.

A new larger profit day also becomes the new highest day. Continuing to trade doesn't guarantee the percentage falls.

This is not a breach

Exceeding the threshold doesn't breach or terminate your account. It's a payout-eligibility condition. The account stays active; the payout waits until the figure falls below the threshold.

To find your target: highest realised day ÷ 0.40 (Speedy) or ÷ 0.20 (Instant Funding). Total realised profit must exceed that.

Profitability alone doesn't override it. Support can't remove the rule, lower your highest day, or exclude valid trading days.
