Quick answer: On Speedy your highest profit day must be below 40% of period profit; on Instant Funding, below 20%. Flex and Pro have no consistency rule. Exceeding the threshold delays the payout — it never breaches the account.
Which programs
Program | Threshold |
Speedy | Below 40% |
Instant Funding | Below 20% |
Flex | No rule |
Pro | No rule |
Exactly the threshold — 40.00% or 20.00% — is not below it.
Finding your number
Highest realised profit day ÷ total realised profit for the payout period. Only realised results count. Divide your highest day by 0.40 (Speedy) or 0.20 (Instant Funding) to find the total profit you need to move past.
Why the figure rises when you lose
A losing day shrinks the total while the highest day stays fixed — so the percentage goes up. A new bigger winning day resets the highest day and moves the boundary. This is the single most misunderstood payout condition.
After an approved payout
The period resets; the new base is Current Balance − Balance After Payout, both shown in your Trader Area. Full worked examples: Consistency Rule – Speedy Accounts and Consistency Rule – Instant Funding.
The display caps at 100%
If your period profit falls below your highest day, the true figure exceeds 100% but shows as 100%. The account is fine — it just isn't payout-eligible yet.
