Reading Your Trader Area

New article. This exists to answer "my Trader Area was all green, why was I reviewed?" — currently buried in a quick-links block inside a 2,857-word article.

Quick answer: The Trader Area tracks your objectives and loss limits in real time. It does not run the compliance review. All-green metrics in your Trader Area mean you haven't hit a system limit — it doesn't mean your payout is approved.

Finding your live limits

  1. Log in to the Trader Area

  2. Open Accounts Overview

  3. Select the account

  4. Click Go to Metrics

Check both the daily drawdown breach level and the maximum drawdown breach level.

What each figure means

Balance — the result of closed trades and posted account transactions. It doesn't move while a position is open.

Equity — balance plus the floating result of open positions. This is what breach checks use. Equity can fall below a breach level while your closed balance still looks comfortable.

Daily drawdown breach level — the equity level that breaches your account today. Resets at 5pm EDT.

Maximum drawdown breach level — the equity level that breaches your account outright. Never resets. On Speedy and Instant Funding it trails your highest equity upward and never comes back down; on Pro it's fixed.

Consistency percentage (Speedy and Instant Funding) — your highest realised profit day as a share of total realised profit this payout period. Displays a maximum of 100% even when the real figure is higher.

Balance After Payout — appears once you've had a payout approved. It's the reference point for the next period's consistency calculation.

Use the displayed levels, not mental arithmetic

Don't calculate your limit by subtracting the headline percentage from your current balance. Trailing rules, reset cycles and highest-equity history all affect the real level. The displayed figure reflects the actual calculation.

What the Trader Area does not do

It doesn't run the compliance review. At payout, the Dealing Team reviews individual trades, trade sequences, risk changes, floating drawdown, trade duration and activity across your related accounts — none of which the Trader Area tracks.

A completed profit target, all-green metrics and an available payout date do not confirm payout approval.

Common questions

My consistency shows 100%. Am I breached? No. The display caps at 100%. If your highest day is $1,000 and period profit has fallen to $600, the real figure is 166.67% but it shows 100%. The account is active — it just isn't payout-eligible yet.

My own calculation differs from the Trader Area. Check you're using the same payout period, realised results only, the correct highest day, and Balance After Payout for later periods. A newer day may have replaced the previous highest, or realised losses may have changed the total.

Should I screenshot it? A timestamped screenshot helps support see what you saw, but server-side records remain the primary evidence in any review.
