Why Was My Verification Rejected?

Quick answer: Read the rejection reason Veriff gives before resubmitting — the fix is almost always specific. Resubmitting the same unclear or mismatched document repeatedly won't change the outcome.

The common rejections

  • Expired document — submit a valid, in-date ID

  • Screenshot, photo of a screen, photocopy or scan — only original physical documents

  • Cropped, blurred, dark or low-resolution images — retake with all four corners visible, in focus, without glare

  • Hidden, edited or damaged information — nothing obscured or altered

  • ID belongs to someone else — only the registered account owner can verify

  • Details don't match your Traderscale profile — contact support to correct the profile rather than working around it

What support can and can't do

Support can explain a rejection and check your profile details. Support cannot approve verification manually or bypass the provider's requirements — approval sits with Veriff.

Statuses matter: submitted, pending and rejected are all different from approved, and only approved lets the funded setup continue.
