Inactivity Rule

Quick answer: Open at least one trade within any 10 consecutive days, on evaluation and funded accounts alike. On the tenth day without a trade, the account becomes inactive.

The rule

  • Applies to every program and every stage

  • Applies regardless of performance — hitting your profit target doesn't exempt you

  • Planning a break? Manage the account accordingly

If your account is already inactive

You may no longer be able to open trades. Contact support with your registered email, account number, the date and time of your last opened trade, a screenshot of the inactive status, and a short explanation.

Reactivation is never guaranteed — any review depends on account history, previous exceptions, applicable terms and management approval. Support cannot backdate a trade or create missing trading days.
