Quick answer: Three routes to inactive: ten days without opening a trade, a second TraderProtect event (Instant Funding), or a confirmed breach.
1. The 10-day inactivity rule
At least one trade must be opened within any 10 consecutive days, on every program and stage, regardless of performance. On the tenth day without a trade the account goes inactive. See Inactivity Rule — including what support can and can't do about reactivation.
2. Second TraderProtect event — Instant Funding
The first TraderProtect closure is a soft breach; the second makes the account inactive. See Drawdown & Risk Limits – Instant Funding.
3. A breach
A breached account is marked inactive with profits forfeited. See Why Was My Account Breached?.
What to send support
Registered email, account number and type, the date and time of your last opened trade, a screenshot of the inactive status or platform error, any reminder email received, and a short explanation. Reactivation is reviewed case by case and never guaranteed.
