Unlimited Time Policy Explained

Quick answer: There is no deadline to complete any evaluation, on any program. Trade at the pace your strategy needs. The only time-based requirement is the 10-day inactivity rule.

No time limit means no time limit

Speedy, Flex and Pro evaluations have no expiry date. You will never fail an evaluation for taking too long.

What still applies

The 10-day inactivity rule. At least one trade must be opened within any 10 consecutive days, on evaluation and funded accounts alike, regardless of performance. On the tenth day without a trade, the account becomes inactive. See Why Is My Account Inactive?.

The 5pm EDT daily cycle

The trading day rolls over at 5pm EDT. That's when the daily drawdown resets — it does not reactivate a breached account, erase closed losses, or move a maximum drawdown level.
