Quick answer: Traderscale evaluations do not have a fixed completion deadline, but the 10-day inactivity rule still applies. Funded accounts also remain subject to inactivity, minimum trading-day requirements, payout waiting periods, and ongoing compliance review.
⚠️ Important difference
No evaluation expiry does not mean the account can remain unused indefinitely.
A trading day and a calendar day are not the same thing.
Minimum trading days and payout waiting periods are separate requirements.
Reaching the waiting date does not automatically make the account payout eligible.
A withdrawal can reduce the remaining drawdown buffer on a Speedy funded account.
This guide explains how each time requirement works, which account types it applies to, why the payout button may still be unavailable, and what information to send Support when a date or inactivity status appears incorrect.
Support can explain the published time rules and account status, but cannot backdate activity, create missing trading days, guarantee reactivation, recommend how much to withdraw, or guarantee payout approval.
Funded accounts — inactivity and minimum trading days
What this means: Becoming funded does not remove the inactivity requirement. Funded accounts must remain active and must complete the minimum number of trading days before a payout can become eligible.
Current minimums:
Funded Speedy account: at least 10 trading days
Funded Pro account: at least 3 trading days
Instant Funded account: at least 4 trading days with 0.25% profit on each day
All account types: the 10-day inactivity rule continues to apply
❓ Common question: I have waited 30 days. Why is the payout button still unavailable?
The calendar waiting period and the minimum trading-day requirement are separate. Waiting 30 calendar days does not create 10 Speedy trading days, 3 Pro trading days or 4 Instant Funded trading days
❓ Common question: Can several trades opened on the same date count as several trading days?
No. Multiple trades opened on one date still represent one trading day.
What may be reviewed: Account type, funded start date, dates on which trades were opened, inactivity status, and compliance history.
Possible outcome: The account may remain active, but payout eligibility will not be complete until the minimum trading-day, time, profit, and compliance requirements are all satisfied.
Withdrawal schedule — when the waiting period starts
What this means: The first payout waiting period is measured from the first trade on the funded account.
Calendar waiting period:
Standard first payout: after 30 days on Speedy and Pro and after 14 on Instant Funding.
With the applicable 14 Day Payout add-on: after 14 days from the date the account was created.
After an approved first payout: subsequent requests may be made every 14 days on Speedy and Pro and every 7 on Instant Funding.
❓ Common question: Does the countdown begin when I pass the evaluation, sign the contract, receive the funded account, or place the first trade?
The first waiting period is counted from the date the account is created.
❓ Common question: Does reaching day 30 or day 14 guarantee that the Request Payout button will appear?
No. The date is only one requirement. Minimum trading days, profit-share threshold, closed positions, KYC, contract, consistency for Speedy and Instant Funding accounts, active status, and compliance must also be satisfied.
What may be reviewed: Funded account number, first-trade timestamp, add-on status, previous approved payout date, account type, and current payout eligibility indicators.
Possible outcome: The request may become available when every requirement is met. Reaching the waiting date alone does not create automatic approval.
Profit share and compliance review
What this means: The payout amount due to the trader is calculated using the profit-share percentage attached to the funded account.
Current profit shares:
Standard account: 80% to the trader
Account with the applicable profit-share add-on: 90% to the trader
❓ Common question: Is the minimum payout based on the account profit or my share after the split?
The eligibility check is based on the trader's profit share — the amount payable to the trader after applying the account's profit split — which must exceed $250.
❓ Common question: If the dashboard shows profit, is the payout guaranteed?
No. Every withdrawal is subject to compliance review. Profit, elapsed time, and completed trading days do not override drawdown rules, consistency rules, prohibited trading practices, account status, or other applicable terms.
What may be reviewed: Gross account profit, trader profit share, add-on status, open positions, trading days, consistency, drawdown, prohibited-practice findings, KYC, contract, and account status.
Possible outcome: A request may be approved, adjusted, rejected, or remain unavailable depending on the eligibility and review findings.
Important — a Speedy and Instant Funding withdrawal can reduce the remaining buffer
What this means: Speedy and Instant Funding accounts use a trailing maximum drawdown. The level follows the highest achieved equity and does not move back down when profits are withdrawn.
⚠️ Important difference
A withdrawal reduces the account balance.
The trailing maximum-drawdown level does not move down with the withdrawal.
The distance between current equity and the displayed breach level can therefore become smaller.
Available buffer: At any moment, the practical buffer is the distance between current account equity and the maximum-drawdown breach level displayed in the Trader Area.
❓ Common question: Does withdrawing profit reset the maximum drawdown to the original level?
No. The trailing level does not decrease after a withdrawal.
❓ Common question: Can Support tell me the safest amount to withdraw?
Support can explain the displayed figures and the rule, but cannot recommend a withdrawal amount or trading-risk buffer for an individual strategy.
What may be reviewed: Highest achieved equity, current balance, current equity, displayed maximum-drawdown level, requested payout amount, and previous payouts.
Possible outcome: An approved withdrawal may leave a smaller remaining buffer. A later equity movement below the displayed breach level may still cause a breach.
Detailed Speedy withdrawal example
Example: A $100,000 Speedy funded account reaches $104,000 and the displayed trailing maximum-drawdown level has moved to $96,000.
Before withdrawal:
Balance: $104,000
Maximum-drawdown level: $96,000
Distance between balance and the level: $8,000
After a $4,000 approved withdrawal:
Balance: $100,000
Maximum-drawdown level: still $96,000
Distance between balance and the level: $4,000
Open positions affect equity. Even when the closed balance is $100,000, floating loss can reduce equity and therefore reduce the live distance to the displayed breach level.
⚠️ Important: This example explains the rule and is not a recommendation to withdraw a specific amount.

If the account is already inactive
What this means: Once the system records the account as inactive, opening a new trade may no longer be possible. Support must first check the account status and activity record.
❓ Common question: Can Support always reactivate an account as a one-time exception?
No. Any review or courtesy action depends on the account history, previous exceptions, applicable terms, and management approval. Reactivation is never promised in advance.
What to send Support:
Registered email address
Account number and account type
Date and time of the last trade opened
Screenshot of the inactive status or platform error
Any relevant reminder email received
A short explanation of why no trade was opened during the period
✅ Support can help with
Confirming the recorded last-trade date and account status
Checking whether the account is eligible for review
Explaining the next available option
❌ Support cannot
Backdate a trade or activity record
