Quick answer: Passing the evaluation is step one of four. Your funded account is tradable only after identity verification is approved, the Funded Trader Agreement is signed, setup completes, and you log in with the correct server and main password.
Don't trade until your funded credentials are available and the account shows as active. A passed evaluation does not mean a tradable funded account.
When credentials arrive
1-Step (Speedy & Flex) funded accounts | Issued instantly by email once the evaluation is verified |
2-Step (Pro) funded accounts | Issued within 48 hours by email once verified |
Your evaluation is reviewed for rule compliance first. Credentials follow that review, not the moment you hit the target.
Step 1 — Pass identity verification
Open the Identity Verification page from the same Traderscale account that passed the evaluation: hub.traderscale.com/identity-verification
Verification must show as successfully completed. Pending, incomplete and rejected are all different from approved, and none of them lets setup continue.
Before you start
Use the exact legal name and date of birth on your ID
Make sure the email and personal details belong to the account owner
Have a valid physical government-issued photo ID
Complete the selfie or liveness check yourself
Accepted documents — Traderscale uses Veriff for identity verification, so you'll receive emails from Veriff rather than Traderscale during this step. Veriff generally accepts a passport, driving licence, or national identity card where supported. The document should be valid, original and physical, with all four corners visible, clear and in focus, free of glare or obstruction, and matching the name on your Traderscale profile.
Submission is not approval. The funded setup only continues once Veriff confirms the verification.
Commonly rejected
Expired documents
Screenshots, or photos of a screen
Photocopies or scans
Cropped, blurred, dark or low-resolution images
Documents with hidden, edited or damaged information
An ID belonging to someone else
Details that don't match your Traderscale profile
If your name doesn't match, don't create a second account or use another person's details. Contact support so the correct information can be reviewed.
Improving your chance of first-time approval
Use even lighting without glare, clean the camera lens, remove document covers, keep the whole document in frame, don't crop or edit, follow every liveness instruction, allow camera access, and use a stable connection. If the page freezes, close other apps using the camera, refresh, or try a different supported browser or device.
If you're rejected, read the reason given before resubmitting. Correct the specific issue — resubmitting the same unclear or mismatched document repeatedly won't change the outcome.
Support cannot approve verification manually or bypass the provider's requirements.
Step 2 — Sign the Funded Trader Agreement
Once verification is approved, open hub.traderscale.com/contracts
Open the agreement linked to the correct funded account, read it, complete every required field and submit your signature. Check the status shows as signed or completed — opening the agreement without submitting doesn't complete this step.
No contract showing? Confirm identity verification is approved and you're in the right Traderscale account. Refresh, or sign out and back in. If it's still missing, send support your registered email, account number, KYC status and a screenshot of the Contracts page.
Don't sign using another person's name. If the agreement shows incorrect personal or account details, contact support before signing.
Step 3 — Wait for setup and locate credentials
After KYC and the contract, you can sign into your account. When it's ready you'll have:
Funded account number
Correct trading server
Main trading password
Platform details
Account status showing active or tradable
Check the Trader Area and your registered email, including spam.
Step 4 — Log in
Use the exact funded account number, server and main trading password. The investor password will let you view but not trade.
See Logging in and choosing your platform for the full troubleshooting list.
I can see the account but can't place a trade. Usually the investor password was used, the wrong server was selected, or activation isn't complete yet. Include the exact platform error when you contact support.
Step 5 — Select the funded symbols, which end in "c"
Funded accounts use symbols with a lowercase "c" suffix: EURUSDc, GBPUSDc, XAUUSDc.
The standard symbol without the suffix may appear in the platform but may not be tradable on the funded account. This catches nearly every new funded trader.
If the symbol isn't visible:
Open Market Watch or the instrument list
Select Show All, or search for the symbol with the "c" suffix
Confirm you're logged into the funded server — not an evaluation server or another broker
Restart or re-log into the platform
Why can I see XAUUSD but not trade it? On funded accounts the tradable symbol is XAUUSDc. Select the symbol associated with the funded server.
Final checklist before your first trade
Evaluation passed and the funded account visible
Identity verification approved, not merely submitted
Funded Trader Agreement showing as signed or completed
Funded credentials issued
Correct account number and server selected
Main trading password used, not the investor password
Trading the "c"-suffixed symbols
What to send support if you're stuck
Registered email, evaluation and funded account numbers, the stage you're stuck at, the exact status or error shown, and a screenshot that doesn't expose unnecessary sensitive information.
