How long does a payout take?
Compliance review takes up to two business days from your request. Payment processing takes up to three business days after approval. These are separate stages.

Xét duyệt và thanh toán là hai bước riêng: hai ngày làm việc để xét duyệt, rồi ba ngày làm việc để xử lý sau khi phê duyệt. Tuần làm việc quy định bắt đầu từ thứ Hai 08:00 UTC đến thứ Sáu 16:00 UTC. Tài khoản ở chế độ chỉ đọc trong lúc xử lý.

The review window is two business days from the request. Payment processing is a separate window of three business days after approval. The business week runs from Monday 08:00 UTC to Friday 16:00 UTC. Weekends and applicable non-business days can extend calendar time. Contact support for the deadline applying to your request.
Your account is read-only from the request until processing is complete. What happens during payout review?

These are calendar waiting periods. Reaching the date is only one eligibility condition. When can I request a payout?
Approval is not arrival
Payment-provider setup, bank timing, blockchain confirmation or provider checks can still affect arrival. Check your Rise Works profile or USDT wallet and network if an approved payment has not arrived.
Inactivity during processing
The inactivity clock continues during payout read-only periods. If that restriction causes inactivity, contact support for reactivation. The pending payout remains eligible for compliance review. Why is my account inactive?
We aim to complete payouts sooner than these limits. They are separate review and payment windows, not a guaranteed 24-hour turnaround.
