Where Can I Find My Login Credentials?
Once you purchase an account, your login credentials will be sent to you via email.
Accessing Credentials via Email
After successful payment:
• An email will be sent to your registered address
• The email will contain your platform login details
Please check your inbox and spam folder if you do not see it immediately.
Accessing Credentials via Dashboard
You can also find your login details directly within your Traderscale Dashboard:
Log in to your Trader Area
Navigate to Accounts Overview
Select your trading account to view details
Your platform credentials will be displayed within this section.
