Quick answer: 10% of starting balance in closed profit, with no open positions. On a $100,000 account: $10,000, bringing the balance to $110,000.
Open profit doesn't count — a position at +$3,000 contributes nothing until it's closed. Hitting the target with a position still open doesn't complete the evaluation; only realised profit is assessed.
The target must be reached without breaching the 4% daily or 8% trailing maximum drawdown, and alongside the 1 minimum trading day.
