At Traderscale, all traders are required to comply with our Risk Management Rules and Trading Conduct Policies at all times.

If a rule breach occurs, the following will apply:

• The account will be marked as inactive
• Any accumulated profits will be forfeited
• The account will no longer be eligible for payouts

Rule breaches include, but are not limited to:

• Exceeding daily or maximum drawdown limits
• Violating prohibited trading practices
• Breaching risk management policies

All accounts are monitored and subject to review.
