At Traderscale, all program purchases are subject to the following refund terms.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Once payment has been successfully cleared for one of our programs:

• You will receive your trading platform login credentials via email
• Access to the evaluation program is granted

Once login credentials have been issued, the purchase is considered fully delivered and no refund will be provided.

If you believe there are exceptional circumstances, please contact [email protected]. All requests are reviewed on a case by case basis.

Speedy Challenge

The evaluation fee for the Speedy Challenge is non refundable.

Pro Challenge

For Pro funded accounts, once you become eligible for your first payout, you will also receive a refund of your initial challenge fee.

This refund is issued in accordance with program terms and subject to full compliance with all trading rules.

By placing an order for any Traderscale program, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this refund policy
• You agree to these terms in full
• You accept that evaluation fees are non refundable once access has been granted
