Quick answer: The Request Payout button appears only after every requirement for the selected funded account is satisfied. Reaching a payout date or showing a profitable balance is not enough by itself.
📌 Quick guide
Use the funded account, not the evaluation account
Complete the required calendar waiting period
Complete the minimum trading days
Close all open positions
Meet the trader profit-share threshold
Meet the consistency rule where applicable
Complete KYC and the Funded Trader Agreement for the first payout
Keep the account active and compliant
Configure the selected payout method accurately
This guide explains each requirement, why the button may be missing, what happens during compliance review, and what to send Support or Finance if a payout is delayed.
Support can explain eligibility and status, but cannot activate the button before the system requirements are met, recommend an amount to withdraw, guarantee approval, or bypass Compliance or Finance checks.
Step-by-step — submit the payout request
Log in to the Trader Area using the registered account
Open Accounts Overview
Select the correct funded trading account
Click Go to Metrics
Review the payout-eligibility indicators
Click Request Payout when the button becomes available
Select or confirm the supported payment method and details
⚠️ Important: Evaluation accounts do not receive payouts. Make sure the selected account is the active funded account.
❓ Common question: Why can I see profit but not the Request Payout button?
Profit is only one condition. The button remains unavailable when any required waiting period, trading-day minimum, open-position restriction, consistency requirement, profit-share threshold, KYC, contract, account-status, or compliance condition is incomplete.
What may be reviewed: Account type, funded status, first-trade date, trading-day count, open positions, profit share, consistency, KYC, contract, account status, and previous payout history.
Possible outcome: The button appears when all system eligibility conditions are satisfied. If the figures appear complete but the button is still missing, Support can check for a status or display discrepancy.
Speedy funded account — complete eligibility checklist
What this means: A funded Speedy payout becomes eligible only when every condition below is satisfied at the same time.
This includes:
Trader profit share exceeds $250
At least 30 days have passed since the first funded-account trade, or 14 days with the applicable payout add-on
No open positions
At least 10 trading days completed
Consistency percentage is below 40%
No confirmed rule breach or unresolved compliance restriction
Account remains active
KYC and the Funded Trader Agreement are complete for the first payout
Profit-share threshold: The threshold refers to the trader's share, not merely the gross profit visible on the account.
❓ Common question: Is exactly 40% consistency acceptable?
No. The Speedy Consistency Rule requires the highest realized profit day to be below 40% of total realized profit for the payout period.
❓ Common question: If I meet the consistency rule, is the payout guaranteed?
No. Consistency is only one eligibility condition. Drawdown, prohibited practices, trading days, dates, open positions, KYC, contract, and account status also apply.
What may be reviewed: Realized profit, profit-share calculation, first-trade date, trading days, open positions, consistency, drawdown, prohibited practices, KYC, contract, and account status.
Possible outcome: The button may appear when all requirements are met, but the submitted request remains subject to compliance review.
Pro funded account — complete eligibility checklist
What this means: A funded Pro payout becomes eligible only when all Pro requirements are satisfied.
This includes:
Trader profit share exceeds $250
At least 30 days have passed since the first funded-account trade, or 14 days with the applicable payout add-on
No open positions
At least 3 trading days completed
No confirmed rule breach or unresolved compliance restriction
Account remains active
KYC and the Funded Trader Agreement are complete for the first payout
⚠️ Important difference: The 40% Consistency Rule applies to Speedy accounts only and is not a Pro payout requirement.
❓ Common question: I placed a trade on four days. Does that mean I completed four trading days?
Not necessarily. A trading day under our Instant Funded accounts are only classed as trading days when the profit of the day is equals at least 0.25% of the account starting balance.
What may be reviewed: Profit share, first-trade date, server trading dates, open positions, account status, drawdown, prohibited practices, KYC, contract, and payout history.
Possible outcome: The request may become available after every requirement is met and remains subject to compliance review.
Instant Funded account — complete eligibility checklist
What this means: An Instant Funded payout becomes eligible only when all requirements are satisfied.
This includes:
Trader profit share exceeds $250
At least 14 days have passed since the first funded-account trade
No open positions
At least 4 trading days with 0.25% profit completed
Consistency percentage is below 20%
No confirmed rule breach or unresolved compliance restriction
Account remains active
KYC and the Funded Trader Agreement are complete for the first payout
❓ Common question: I completed three trades. Does that mean I completed three trading days?
Not necessarily. A trading day is a date on which at least one trade is opened. Several trades on the same date still represent one trading day.
What may be reviewed: Profit share, first-trade date, server trading dates, open positions, account status, drawdown, prohibited practices, KYC, contract, and payout history.
Possible outcome: The request may become available after every requirement is met and remains subject to compliance review.
Subsequent withdrawals
What this means: After the first payout is approved, the next request may be made after the applicable 14-day interval on Speedy and Pro accounts and 7 days on Instant Funded accounts, provided the account remains active and all requirements are satisfied again.
❓ Common question: Does the next period start when I submit the request or when it is approved?
The interval is measured from the previous approved payout, because the account calculations and payout period reset after approval.
❓ Common question: Does the previous approval guarantee the next payout?
No. Every request receives its own eligibility and compliance review.
What may be reviewed: Previous approved payout date, current profit, current open positions, current consistency for Speedy, current trading history, account status, and any new compliance findings.
Possible outcome: A new request may be submitted after the interval only when the account meets all current conditions.
Choose and verify the payout method
Current payout methods:
Rise Works
USDT on the ERC20 network
❓ Common question: Can I change the method after submitting the request?
Payment details should be checked before submission. Changes after a request has entered review or processing may cause delays and may require Finance confirmation.
For USDT ERC20:
Confirm the wallet address is correct
Confirm the wallet supports USDT on ERC20
Do not select another network merely because it has a lower transfer fee
Recheck every character before submitting
For Rise Works:
Use the same email registered with Traderscale
Complete the required Rise profile and payment information
Check Rise emails and account notifications
⚠️ Important: Incorrect recipient or network details can delay or prevent successful processing, subject to the payment provider's rules.
Rise Works setup checklist
Before requesting a payout through Rise Works:
Create or access the Rise account at pay.riseworks.io
Use the same email address registered with Traderscale
Complete identity, tax, banking, or payment details requested by Rise
Check that the Rise account is active and able to receive payment
Review spam or junk folders for Rise verification messages
❓ Common question: My Traderscale payout is approved, but Rise is still asking me to complete setup.
Traderscale approval and Rise recipient onboarding are separate stages. Finance may be unable to complete payment until the receiving profile is ready.
What to send Support or Finance: Registered Traderscale email, funded account number, payout request date, Rise email, screenshot of the Rise status, and any error message.
Support cannot complete the customer's Rise profile, change external-provider requirements, or guarantee the provider's processing time.
First payout — KYC and contract must be complete
What this means: The first payout cannot be processed until identity verification is approved and the Funded Trader Agreement is signed.
Check these pages:
❓ Common question: I submitted KYC. Why is the payout button still unavailable?
Submitted, pending, rejected, and approved are different statuses. The verification must be approved, and the correct funded agreement must show as signed or completed.
❓ Common question: Can Support activate the payout button manually while KYC is pending?
No. Support cannot bypass identity verification or sign the agreement for the trader.
What may be reviewed: Verification status, contract status, registered identity details, account ownership, and funded account linkage.
Possible outcome: Once both requirements are complete and every other eligibility condition is met, the payout request may become available.
What happens after submission — review and processing stages
Stage 1 — Compliance review: Review is completed within 48 business hours.
Stage 2 — Payment processing: After approval, approved payouts are processed within 72 business hours.
⚠️ Business-hour timeline: These are separate stages. The 72-business-hour processing period begins after approval, not when the original request is submitted. However, we are usually much faster than this!
Possible notifications:
Approval — the request passed review and moves to processing
Adjustment — the payable amount was changed following the review
Rejection — the request did not pass the current eligibility or compliance review
❓ Common question: Do weekends count toward the stated business hours?
No. Business hours are not the same as calendar hours, so weekends and non-business days extend the calendar time before completion.
❓ Common question: Why has an approved payout not arrived immediately?
Approval and payment delivery are separate. Finance processing, recipient setup, blockchain confirmation, bank timing, or external-provider checks may still be required.
What may be reviewed: Submission time, review status, approval time, payout method, recipient setup, Finance status, and payment-provider response.
Possible outcome: The request may be approved, adjusted, rejected, or delayed pending required information or external processing.
If the payout is rejected
What this means: A seven-day wait is required before another request can be submitted, provided the funded account remains active.
❓ Common question: Does waiting seven days automatically make the next request eligible?
No. The reason for rejection must no longer prevent eligibility, the account must remain active, and every requirement must still be satisfied at the time of the new request.
❓ Common question: Can Support reverse the rejection immediately?
Support can explain the stated reason, collect relevant evidence, and submit an eligible review. Support cannot guarantee reversal or override a final Compliance or Dealing Team decision without new verified information.
What to send Support:
Registered email address
Funded account number
Payout request date
Rejection or adjustment notice
Specific trade, rule, or calculation being disputed
Relevant ticket numbers, timestamps, and screenshots
Possible outcome: The original decision may remain unchanged, be clarified, or be reconsidered only when the case is eligible and new verified information is available.
Important — Speedy and Instant Funding trailing drawdown after a payout
What this means: On a Speedy and Instant Funded account, the trailing maximum-drawdown level does not move down after profit is withdrawn.
This means:
The approved payout reduces the account balance
The displayed maximum-drawdown level remains based on the highest achieved equity
The available distance between current equity and the breach level becomes smaller
❓ Common question: Will the payout reset my drawdown or give me a new full drawdown buffer?
No. The trailing level never decreases.
❓ Common question: Can Support advise how much I should leave in the account?
Support can explain the current balance, equity, and displayed breach level, but cannot recommend a withdrawal amount or individual risk buffer.
What may be reviewed: Highest achieved equity, current balance, current equity, displayed maximum-drawdown level, payout amount, and previous payout history.
Possible outcome: The payout may be approved, but the account can operate with a smaller remaining buffer afterward.
Detailed example and live-equity reminder
Example: A $100,000 Speedy account reaches a $104,000 balance and the maximum-drawdown level is $96,000.
After a $4,000 approved payout:
Balance: $100,000
Maximum-drawdown level: $96,000
Balance-to-level distance: $4,000
Available buffer: Open positions affect equity. A floating loss reduces the live distance between equity and the displayed breach level even if the closed balance remains $100,000.
⚠️ Important: The example explains the account mechanics and is not a recommendation to withdraw the full profit or retain a specific amount.
