Traderscale Add-Ons — What Each Upgrade Changes and What It Does Not Change

Add-ons modify specific conditions on the account to which they are attached. They do not replace the underlying program rules, remove compliance review, or automatically apply to every account owned by the trader.

📌 Before purchasing or trading, confirm:

  • The exact account or order receiving the add-on

  • The program type and stage to which it applies

  • The specific condition changed by the add-on

  • Whether the add-on is visible in the order, dashboard, or account record

  • Whether the account has already started — add-ons are selected at checkout and cannot normally be added retroactively

⚠️ Important difference

An add-on changes only the feature described in its terms. It does not exempt the account from drawdown, prohibited practices, consistency, minimum trading days, KYC, contracts, or payout review.

Eligibility to request a payout is not the same as payout approval.

This guide explains the current 90% Profit Share, Hold Over Weekend, No Stop Loss on Entry, and 14 Day Payout add-ons, plus the most common reasons customers contact Support.

1. 90% Profit Share Add-On

What this means: The standard funded-account profit split is 80% to the trader. When the 90% Profit Share add-on is validly attached to the funded account, the trader's share of approved eligible profit becomes 90%.

This includes:

  • 90% of eligible profit paid to the trader

  • 10% retained by Traderscale

  • Application only to payouts that pass all eligibility and compliance checks

❓ Common question: Does the add-on increase the account profit shown in the dashboard?

No. It changes the distribution of approved eligible profit; it does not create additional trading profit or alter the account balance calculation.

❓ Common question: Does the 90% split remove the minimum payout requirement or guarantee approval?

No. The account must still satisfy the applicable minimum payout, waiting period, trading-day, KYC, contract, consistency, open-position, and compliance requirements.

❓ Common question: Does one profit-share add-on apply to all of my Traderscale accounts?

Add-ons should be treated as account- or order-specific unless the written offer expressly states otherwise.

What may be checked: Order receipt, account number, add-on label, funded account type, requested amount, eligibility status, and compliance result.

Possible outcome: An approved eligible payout is calculated using the profit-share percentage recorded on the account. If the add-on is not attached, the standard split applies unless an authorized correction is confirmed.

2. Hold Over Weekend Add-On

What this means: The Hold Over Weekend add-on permits eligible positions on the account to remain open across the weekend and for traders to be able to trade any market that remains open, subject to the account's other rules and platform conditions.

Without the add-on:

  • Open positions are automatically closed at 20:30 UTC before the weekend market close

  • Positions cannot be carried into the next trading week

  • Traders cannot trade open markets such as crypto

With the add-on:

  • Eligible positions may remain open over the weekend

  • Traders are able to trade open markets

  • Drawdown, stop-loss, prohibited-practice, leverage, exposure, and other risk rules still apply

  • The add-on does not guarantee execution price, protection from gaps, or uninterrupted market liquidity

❓ Common question: Does Hold Over Weekend also allow unrestricted news trading?

No. Weekend holding and news trading are separate conditions. The account remains subject to the applicable news and prohibited-practice rules.

❓ Common question: Why was my trade closed on Friday even though I purchased the add-on?

Support should check whether the add-on is attached to the correct account, whether the instrument or market was closing, whether another rule or system action caused the closure, and whether the account status was active.

What may be checked: Account number, add-on status, symbol, server close time, platform history, account status, and closure reason.

Possible outcome: If the add-on was missing from the eligible account because of a verified setup error, the case may be escalated for correction. Support cannot guarantee reversal of a valid market or compliance closure.

3. No Stop Loss on Entry Add-On

What this means: This add-on allows a position to be opened without a stop loss attached at the exact moment of entry, but the stop loss must still be placed within the current five-minute limit.

Key limitation:

  • The add-on changes entry timing only

  • It does not permit a position to remain without a stop loss for its full duration

  • It does not exempt the account from toxic-trading, negative risk-to-reward, martingale, adding in drawdown, risk-per-asset, hedge, or other rules

❓ Common question: Can I remove the stop loss after placing it within five minutes?

Later removal does not restart or satisfy the rule indefinitely. Traders must continue to comply with the applicable stop-loss and risk-management terms.

❓ Common question: Why was my trade still reviewed even though I added a stop loss within five minutes?

Timely placement addresses only the add-on's entry condition. The Dealing Team may still review the furthest stop-loss distance, risk-to-reward, total exposure, and complete trade sequence.

What may be checked: Account add-on status, position opening time, first stop-loss timestamp, modification history, stop-loss distance, and related trade activity.

Possible outcome: A missing or late stop loss may lead to a soft breach, position closure, or enforcement. A validly timed stop loss does not guarantee compliance with unrelated rules.

4. 14 Day Payout Eligibility Add-On

What this means: This add-on changes the earliest eligibility date for the first funded-account payout request from 30 days to 14 days, subject to every other requirement.

Eligibility date:

  • Standard account: first payout request after the standard 30-day waiting period

  • Account with the add-on: first payout request after the 14-day waiting period

  • The waiting period is measured from the first trade on the funded account

Before requesting a payout, the account must still satisfy the applicable conditions, which may include:

  • Minimum trader profit share

  • Required trading days

  • No open positions

  • Speedy consistency requirement, where applicable

  • Completed KYC and funded trader agreement

  • Active account status

  • Full compliance with drawdown and prohibited-practice rules

❓ Common question: Does day 14 guarantee that the Request Payout button will appear?

No. The date is only one condition. The button becomes available only after all applicable eligibility requirements are met.

❓ Common question: Does the add-on make every future payout available every 14 days?

Subsequent payouts are 14 days on our Speedy and Pro challenge and 7 days on our Instant Funded accounts.

What may be checked: First funded trade date, add-on label, minimum trading days, profit-share amount, consistency, KYC, contract, open positions, previous payout date, and compliance status.

Possible outcome: The account may become eligible to submit a request earlier, but the request can still be approved, adjusted, rejected, or delayed following review.

5. When Add-Ons Can Be Selected and Which Account They Apply To

What this means: Add-ons are selected at checkout and cannot be added retroactively after the evaluation or funded account has started.

Account-specific check:

  • Confirm the add-on on the order summary before payment

  • Keep the order confirmation or receipt

  • Confirm that the feature is attached to the intended account

  • Do not assume that an add-on transfers to a replacement, reset, upgraded, or separate account

❓ Common question: Can Support add an upgrade after I have already started trading?

In most cases yes, please contact our support team for further information.

❓ Common question: I purchased an add-on, but the dashboard or account conditions do not show it. What should I do?

Do not rely on the feature until the account record is checked. Send the receipt, order number, account number, add-on name, and screenshots to Support.

❓ Common question: Can an add-on be moved to another account or refunded after the account starts?

Transferability and refundability depend on the applicable purchase terms and must be confirmed with Support before relying on either.

What may be checked: Order ID, payment record, account number, purchase date, account start date, add-on label, replacement or reset history, and any written upgrade authorization.

Possible outcome: Support may confirm the recorded add-on, correct a verified account-label issue, or explain the available purchase option. Support cannot activate an unpurchased add-on or promise a retroactive exception.

6. What Add-Ons Do Not Change

Every account remains subject to the full rules of its program.

Add-ons do not automatically change:

  • Daily or maximum drawdown calculations

  • Prohibited trading practices

  • Consistency requirements

  • Minimum trading-day requirements

  • Account inactivity rules

  • KYC and contract requirements

  • Compliance review

  • Minimum payout amounts

  • Platform, symbol, or server requirements

  • Account ownership and access rules

Examples:

  • Hold Over Weekend does not remove news-trading restrictions

  • No Stop Loss on Entry does not permit the position to remain without a stop loss indefinitely

  • 14 Day Payout Eligibility does not guarantee approval on day 14

  • 90% Profit Share does not exempt the payout from compliance review

❓ Common question: I purchased an add-on or membership. Why was another rule still enforced?

An add-on changes only the specific condition written in its description. It does not create a general exemption from unrelated rules.

  • Explaining the exact condition the add-on changes

  • Checking a missing or incorrect account label
