Traderscale approval and Rise recipient onboarding are separate stages — Finance can't pay until your receiving profile is ready.
What to send support: registered Traderscale email, funded account number, payout request date, your Rise email, a screenshot of the Rise status, and any error message. Support cannot complete your Rise profile or change the provider's requirements.
