Why Was My Payout Rejected?

New article. This is the single biggest ticket driver and nothing currently answers it directly.

Quick answer: Work through the checklist below. Most cases are a requirement that looks complete but isn't — usually trading days, consistency, or a KYC status that reads "submitted" rather than "approved".

The Request Payout button isn't showing

Check each in order:

  1. You selected the funded account, not the evaluation account

  2. The account is active

  3. The waiting period has passed

  4. The required trading day count is complete

  5. Your profit share — not gross profit — exceeds $250

  6. No positions remain open

  7. Consistency is below 40% (Speedy) or 20% (Instant Funding)

  8. KYC is approved — submitted, pending and rejected are not approved

  9. The Funded Trader Agreement is signed — opening it isn't signing it

  10. No rule breach or compliance restriction is recorded

  11. A previous rejected request is outside the seven-day wait

  12. A previous payout isn't still pending or processing

Everything looks complete and it's still missing. Sign out and back in, refresh the Metrics page, and screenshot all eligibility indicators. Support can then check whether the account status and button are out of sync.

Support cannot manually activate the button while a genuine requirement is incomplete.

The most common causes

KYC status misread. Submitted is not approved. The identity provider must confirm it.

Trading days miscounted. Several trades on one date is one day. On Instant Funding, a day without 0.25% realised profit doesn't count at all.

Consistency moved the wrong way. A losing day reduces your total realised profit while your highest day stays fixed, so the percentage rises. Continuing to trade doesn't guarantee it falls.

Waiting period and trading days confused. Both must complete. Neither creates the other.

Profit share vs account profit. $250 is your share after the split.

After a rejection

A seven-day wait applies before you can request again, provided the account is still active.

Waiting seven days doesn't make the next request eligible by itself — the reason for rejection must no longer prevent eligibility, and every requirement must be satisfied again.

If you want the decision reviewed

Send support:

  • Registered email address

  • Funded account number

  • Payout request date

  • The rejection or adjustment notice

  • The specific trade, rule or calculation you're disputing

  • Relevant ticket numbers, timestamps and screenshots

The decision may be left unchanged, clarified, or reconsidered. Reconsideration requires new verified information.

Approved but not arrived

Approval and delivery are separate. Check your Rise Works profile is complete and active, or that your USDT wallet address and network are correct. Blockchain confirmation and bank timing sit outside Traderscale's control.
