Quick answer: Trader Area password: use the "Forgot password" link at hub.traderscale.com. Trading account passwords: retrieve them from Accounts Overview in your Trader Area — they're always visible there.

Open the login page and select Forgot password
Enter your registered email address
Follow the reset link — check spam if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes
Trading account password
Platform passwords can be changed within the trading platform itself (in MT5: the account options under Tools → Options or the account context menu). Your current credentials are also always visible in the Trader Area under Accounts Overview, so you never need to remember them.
