The day requirement runs alongside the target. Hitting 10% in two big days doesn't pass — four separate dates must each have banked at least 0.25% ($250 on $100,000). See Minimum Trading Day Requirements.
Both run under the 3% daily and 8% static maximum drawdown, with no consistency rule and no time limit.
