At Traderscale, we offer a free retry opportunity under specific conditions.
When Is a Free Retry Available?
If you successfully pass Step 1 of the Pro Challenge but fail Step 2, you are eligible for one free retry of the challenge.
This allows you another opportunity to complete the evaluation without purchasing a new account.
Important Conditions
• Only one free retry is permitted per trader
• The free retry applies only after failing Step 2
• All standard trading rules and risk parameters remain in effect
If the free retry is failed, a new challenge must be purchased to continue.
Important Reminder
The free retry is designed to support traders who demonstrate consistency by passing Step 1 but fall short in Step 2.
It is not available for failures during Step 1.
